88. Make tiramisu.
Last night I put my chef’s hat on and cooked lasagna and tiramisu.
Although the lasagna was just like my mother’s, I want to try a new and better recipe. It was good but I’ve eaten much better lasagnas at restaurants. I’ve already found a recipe that appeals to me, all I have to do is translate it to Portuguese and then try it.
The tiramisu was heavenly. I used a family’s friend’s recipe and it was really good! It is really easy to do, actually.
Speaking of Italian food, I’m going to Rome in the summer! I’m super excited! I’ve always wanted to go there. We (my family and I) have already taken cake of the flight tickets and we got a small studio in the city. It’s going to be great!
The only down side is that we’ll have to save as much money as we can, which means that going to Regina Spektor’s concert in Lisbon won’t happen, one of my Day Zero Project’s goal. Well, Rome will be better (and it’s one of the goals too)!
